BREAKING:
The workers of Iron Fabrication Services working on projects across the DMV have won their union election! Their next step is to begin bargaining with the company.
But the fight is not quite over. Iron Fabrication Services, LLC is subcontracting work to another company called Smart Simple Solutions. The workers of Smart Simple Solutions have also voted in an NLRB election to have the Iron Workers Union represent them and are awaiting its final certification.
Rallies continue in the Washington DC area to support the workers' fight.
